Obtain Quotation from Repairers and Service providers.
Copy of Driver’s Licence.
Take as many Photographs as possible.
Obtain Witness Statements (Personal Details)
Obtain Third Party Details (Personal and Vehicle/s)
Report to the nearest SAPS Station within 48 Hours of the incident and obtain a SAPS reference number and Policy Report.
Copy of Vehicle Registration/If Financed, a Bank Settlement letter.
Complete the CaraSure Claim Form
in FULL and SUBMIT together with all relevant documentation using the enquiry form below or Call 067 401 2006
